Well how about that?

It was just pointed out to me that this will be the centennial of my great-grandfather's trip to Europe - the thing that I was posting here a while ago, under the label "The 1912 Project."  I'm still trying to decide if a different venue will be better for presenting the thing, but I think that I've gotten the proper nudge to get back to work on it.
